Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries and regions in the world, requiring a minimum order $15.00 USD. HERO-LED.com’s wide range of LED products also come with a variety of shipping choices, courier companies, and delivery offers. Please refer to the information below to learn about the shipping methods and couriers we have available for you.

Shipping methods and shipping time

Shipping time varies from fulfillment center location, shipping methods and destinations.

Fulfilled by our US Fulfillment Center:
Standard Shipping 3 – 5 business days
Expedited Shipping 2 – 3 business days
Priority Shipping          1 – 2 business days
*Our US warehouse cannot fulfill APO/FPO or Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands orders. These orders are shipped by default from our asian fulfillment center.

Fulfilled by our Asian Fulfillment Center:
Standard Shipping 10 – 20 business days
Expedited Shipping 3 – 5 business days
Priority Shipping          2 – 3 business days

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs. Follow these steps to calculate shipping costs on any order: 
1) On the product detail page, click on "Add to Cart". 
2) Enter your Shopping Cart and look for "Shipping Estimator" at the bottom of the page to see total shipping costs for the items in your cart.
3) On the Ship to: drop-down menu, choose the country of delivery for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
4) You can open your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart at the top right corner of every page on HERO-LED.com. 
*Basically, you only pay the shipping cost calculated by our system. But you may have to pay extra cost for some special situations, such as overweight, over length, batteries, remote areas, etc. We will let you know if there is an extra cost for your order. We don’t know exact extra cost until you confirm the order and complete payment, because it varies from number of items and destinations.

Shipping Responsibilities

HERO-LED.com will be responsible for damaged and lost packages in shipping. New replacements will be sent upon full proof documents, like videos or pictures. Shipping security is guaranteed.

HERO-LED.com will NOT be responsible for any customs duty or tax, which varies from destination countries and regions. For customs duty, please ask your local post office or customs department for help.
